Submitted by David Langford The 38th Bourne End One Day Congress will take place on Sunday, April 1 2012. Players are encouraged to enter using this Entry Form.

 

January 29, 2012 Half-yearly Gradings

January 22, 2012 Half-yearly Gradings
Submitted by Dave Turner The submissions for the Bucks Individual and Bucks League have been accepted for the new half-yearly grading system. If all goes to plan, you can expect to see your new grade on the ECF website by the end of January.

 

January 17, 2012 Best Game Prize 2011-2012

A reminder that there will be a "best game prize" again this season. Any game played in the club championship, county individual or for the Bucks team is eligible. Winning games from previous seasons include Jonathan Melsom vs J Watts (or an annotated version for those who can read ChessBase files) and Darrell Watson vs Han Hansen and Nick Butland vs Manfred Egby

Entries should be emailed to the league chairman .

October 20, 2011 Bucks League Fixtures - Electronic Calendar
Submitted by Dave Turner If anyone uses Electronic Calendars on their PCs or smartphones and requires a calendar for relevant Bucks league fixtures, please contact me and I will send you one. You may choose a calendar for the entire club and/or specific teams. By default, the calendar will show you as busy between 1900 and 2300 on match days and a display alert will occur 24 hours before the event.
